The Beijing New Social Stratum Friendship Association convened the first meeting of the Third Council on 24 September 2011. The meeting discussed and passed the Second Council Work Report, the Supervisory Committee Work Report and the Constitution of Beijing New Social Stratum Friendship Association, and elected new members of leaders, executive directors and supervisory committee. Holly Chen, the Chairman of the Board and Managing Partner of Kuang Zheng Certified Public Accountants, was elected as a Director of the Third Council of Beijing New Social Stratum Friendship Association.
