Jason Lee, FCPA,CTA, senior partner，one of four founders of Kuang Zheng CPAs. With many years experience as a tax officer in tax bureau, he is considerably familiar with Chinese tax policy and focused on tax problem diagnosis, tax risk assessment and tax planning. With over ten-year experiences on auditing, accounting and tax service, he provides constructive and pragmatic advices to senior management in relation to taxation matters. He is accomplished in reviewing and advising tax efficient structures for clients, assisting them in choosing the most tax efficient financial structures and vehicles, formulating tax strategies for mergers and acquisitions including tax due diligence review. He is also experienced in dealing with personnel tax planning, designing and implementing tax efficient remuneration packages for expatriates working in China.
